When I got out of the university and started to teach, I felt pressure too since people might challenge your "professional" background. Those graduates from National Taiwan Normal University appeared to be far more "qualified" than me. But I proved to be as professional and qualified as they were. What's more, since I didn't receive a teacher training program in a conventional way, I seem to be able to teach in a more innovative way. Anyway, don't give up. If this training is not necessary to reach your ultimate goal, think of it as ways to improve your English proficiency. You work hard, and then you’ll gain a lot. Trust me! Don’t feel discouraged.
